Creating your PDF Camera Ready Version
- Add the following copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright - For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision and convert to PDF.
- Validate your paper on IEEE PDF eXpress and upload the validated version to the conference EDAS portal. Use conference ID 61559X on IEEE PDF eXpress.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: ieee-pdf-express.org
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select Create account.
- Enter the following:
- 61559X for the Conference ID.
- Your email address.
- Password.
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Copyright Form Submission
- A copyright form should be submitted on EDAS for each accepted paper.
- In your EDAS home, click on the © in the copyright column for your paper.
- You will be directed to an IEEE website where copyright forms can be filled and submitted on the spot.
- Authors can also download a copy at the end for their records.
